Ajeet has over four decades of experience across a variety of leadership roles primarily at Fortune 100 company DuPont and more recently as an independent facilitator of transformation. He spent the first 29 years of his career developing deep technical expertise in massively-distributed contract manufacturing, global competitive sourcing, establishing greenfield sites, streamlining and turning around ailing operations, managing regional and global supply chains, and as a Black Belt Lean Six Sigma champion. Since 2010, he has transitioned from doing to enabling: in his consulting, he maximises teams’ effectiveness both within DuPont and for several large trans- and multi-national clients in Thailand, South Korea, India, China, Singapore, Australia, Canada, and the USA.

His experiences from the shop floor to boardroom have ideally positioned him for this enabling-career, where he fosters multi-faceted high-performance work teams and catalyzes cultural transformation at all levels of client organisations. His role as a change management coach and transformation facilitator over the last decade has furthered his horizons across the oil and gas, mining, chemical process, automotive, power generation, transportation, and pharmaceutical industries. In these engagements, Ajeet conducts diagnostic and leadership workshops, implements Production Systems to create lasting shifts in employees’ mindsets and behaviours, and trains select groups of Change Agents from client organisations in advanced facilitation skills.

Ajeet inspires people to see through their blind spots and the consequences of remaining within their cocoons. by imparting them with insights to create the will to change, he then works to give them the skill to ritualize new behaviours that catalyze sustainable personal and professional transformation to unlock their full potential.
